I really love the product, but more importantly, I really appreciate the customer service. There were a couple minor hitches with my order, but it was handled expeditiously and very fairly (thank you, Patrick!) by the team at spearhead. The 6" lifting handle is perfect on the catalpa chest I built. It not only looks great, but the handle locks solidly when lifting and makes it much easier to manage the weight. Thanks.
